नैनी, नर्स असिस्टेंट, केयरगिवर — ट्रेनिंग, सर्टिफिकेट और जॉब प्लेसमेंट, सब एक जगह।
InstantCare Academy trains women and men for nanny, patient-care, elderly-care and hospital support roles, with language and communication training, a certificate, and placement support through InstantCare's home-healthcare network.
Short, practical training that leads to real work
Most caregivers in Mumbai learn on the job and get paid less for it. A certificate, clinical basics and good communication change what families and hospitals will pay you.
Weekend batches
Two hours on Saturday or Sunday near your station. Attend one session or a full track.
Hands-on practice
BP machine, glucometer, oximeter, patient transfer, bed bath, feeding and baby-care drills with working nurses.
Job placement
Certified trainees are matched to home-care, nanny and hospital-support openings, live-in or 12-hour shifts.
₹300–₹500 per session
Pay per day. No big upfront fee. Pay at the venue or by UPI after your seat is confirmed.
Certificate
InstantCare Academy completion certificate with your skills listed, to show families and employers.
Language & soft skills
Talk confidently with patients, families, doctors and supervisors, in English, Hindi, Marathi and more.
Families need trained hands at home. There aren't enough.
India's elderly population is growing, patients recover at home after hospital, and working parents need trusted nannies. Agencies struggle to find staff who are trained, reliable and certified.
- Ageing parents, children abroad. NRI and working families pay for reliable caregivers and ICU-at-home attendants.
- Earlier hospital discharge. Stroke, surgery and cancer patients need weeks of care at home.
- Working couples need nannies who know baby hygiene, feeding, first aid and safe sleep.
- Trained staff earn more and get longer, higher-paying contracts.
Choose your role
Each track has one-day sessions you can take on their own, or together for the full certificate. Earning ranges are typical for Mumbai placements and depend on shift, experience and patient needs.
Speak with confidence, in the language your patient speaks
Good care starts with clear words. Every track includes communication practice, and you can add a language session to work with more families, NRI clients and hospitals.
Classes are taught in Hindi, Marathi and English, so you can start in the language you already know.
Set your goal and grow with InstantCare
You don't train alone. A career counsellor helps you choose a goal, plan your sessions and track your progress until you reach it.
